Refunds & disputes
All CodeOn plugins are digital products delivered by email as license keys and ZIP downloads. There is no physical shipping. Every plugin purchase has a 14-day, no-questions refund period.
CodeOn plugin purchase refunds
- Refund window: 14 days from purchase.
- Policy: no questions asked inside the refund window.
- Delivery: license code and ZIP download by email and account page.
- Shipping: not applicable; CodeOn products are digital software licenses.
To request a refund, email [email protected] from the account email or include the order number from your receipt.
What happens to the key
After a refunded CodeOn order is processed, the related license is revoked. A revoked license no longer validates, no longer receives private update packages, and should not be used on a production store.
Different kind of refund: customer orders
A CodeOn purchase refund is not the same thing as refunding one of your customers in WooCommerce. Customer refunds are handled inside your store through the payment plugin: TBC, BoG, Flitt, Liberty, or the relevant provider. The payment plugin sends the refund to the bank or gateway and records the result on the WooCommerce order.
