Sign in, open My Licenses, and click Renewon the row. You're sent through the standard checkout where you pick payment method. Renewal extends the same key — there is nothing to update on your WordPress site, the plugin picks up the new expiry on its next license heartbeat (within 24 h). After the term ends, the plugin keeps working through a 14-day grace window while you renew.

Sign in, open the license from /licenses, scroll to Connected domains, and click Disconnect on the old one. The next time you paste the same key on a new WordPress install, it binds automatically. License keys allow up to 5 domain rebinds — if you hit the limit, email us.

WordPress plugins cache license-validation results for 24 h to keep your store fast. Click Re-check licenseon the plugin's settings screen (or wait up to a day) and the status updates as soon as the cache refreshes. If the plugin still shows expired after that, send us the license key and we'll inspect.

Refunds run through your normal WooCommerce flow: Orders → [order] → Refund. The plugin calls the matching gateway endpoint (TBC, BoG, Flitt) and updates the order status when the gateway confirms. Settlement to the customer's card takes 3-5 business days. TBC card refunds are rate-limited per-card — if you see "decline general", wait until the next business day before retrying.

Sign in and open codeon.ge/downloads. Each ZIP is watermarked to your account; it works only on stores bound to your license, so don't share it. Once installed, WordPress auto-updates the plugin within 24 h of any new release — you don't need to re-download for upgrades.
