The short answer
Pick the plugin that matches the accounting program your business already uses. The plugin doesn't replace your accounting; it keeps your WooCommerce shop in step with it.
- You keep your books in Fina → Fina sync.
- You keep your books in Balance → Balance sync.
- You keep your books in 1C → the 1C plugin is coming soon.
What each one syncs
Fina ↔ WooCommerce
- Brings products, prices and stock from Fina into WooCommerce on a schedule you choose (hourly, daily or your own).
- New products arrive as drafts, so you can check them before they go on sale.
- Sends WooCommerce orders to Fina as customer orders and, if you want, as stock-out documents, each on the order status you choose. Refunds go back as customer returns.
- Can check live stock in Fina when a customer adds something to the cart.
Balance ↔ WooCommerce
- Brings products, categories, stock, prices and discounts from Balance into WooCommerce, on a schedule, with a switch for each field you want updated.
- Sends WooCommerce orders to Balance as customer orders or as sales (რეალიზაცია), your choice, and refunds as credit notes. It can also send payment receipts, for example for cash on delivery.
- Lets you choose which Balance groups go to which WooCommerce categories.
- Adds a personal ID number field to checkout, for documents that need the buyer's ID.
1C ↔ WooCommerce is in development. Write to us if you use 1C and want to know when it's ready.

Questions to ask before you choose
- Where do prices live? In both plugins the accounting program is the source of truth: change a price there, not in WooCommerce.
- Which document should an order become? Fina can create a customer order and a stock-out document; Balance a customer order or a sale. Ask your accountant which one you need.
- How fresh must stock be? Both sync on a schedule; Fina can also check stock live at the cart, which helps when you sell the last items both online and in a shop.
Moving from spreadsheets
If you copy prices and stock by hand today, start with a test run: import into WooCommerce as drafts (Fina) or limit the categories (Balance), check the result, then turn on the schedule. Both plugins run their work in the background, so a large catalogue doesn't slow your shop down.
